From the Foundation Series, this work continues my exploration of what already exists and how it can evolve. I use the traces, imperfections, and curved movement of the previous painting as part of the composition, introducing vibrant colors and straight lines that respond to and contrast with what was already there. The curves beneath and the lines on the surface meet and intersect, creating points of tension and strength. Rather than covering the previous work, I respond to it through new marks, layers, and texture. The result reflects how my process continues to evolve while remaining connected to what came before.

De la serie Foundation, esta obra continúa mi exploración sobre lo que ya existe y cómo puede evolucionar. Utilizo las huellas, imperfecciones y el movimiento de las curvas de la pintura original como parte de la composición, incorporando colores vibrantes y líneas rectas que responden y contrastan con lo que ya estaba allí. Las curvas del fondo y las líneas de la superficie se encuentran y se cruzan, creando puntos de tensión y fuerza. En lugar de cubrir la obra anterior, respondo a ella a través de nuevas marcas, capas y texturas. El resultado refleja cómo mi proceso continúa evolucionando sin perder la conexión con lo que vino antes.
